Who we are looking for:


A Senior Employee Engagement Manager , who will be responsible for leading and supporting initiatives to drive and enhance employee engagement.


As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing a culture of collaboration, recognition, and shared success. Working closely with senior leadership, you will support in driving our employee value proposition across the Business, ensuring that our communication is clear, current and aligned with the Company’s goals and values.


You will understand the key drivers of employee engagement and how they translate into our Company ethos and lead the design and development of a meaningful and measurable employee engagement strategy.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing function within the business, and as such we are looking for a dynamic individual to spearhead our efforts in creating an exceptional work environment where employees are highly engaged and motivated.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating and delivering engaging content for our internal communication platforms.
  • Working closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure content and internal communication is aligned with Company goals and values.
  • Designing and overseeing our employee engagement measurement framework, ensuring we are able to assess the impact of initiatives through clearly defined metrics.
  • Overseeing employee engagement strategy in all locations, managing where necessary.
  • Identifying key engagement touch points throughout the employee lifecycle, tailoring content and feedback metrics appropriately.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of employee engagement activities
  • Establishing and monitoring progress of activities, providing structured feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Gaining a deeper understanding of the wider business in order to tailor engagement activities to that particular group or function.
  • Creating and managing recognition programs that highlight employee achievements and significant milestones.


Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive experience in creating and executing employee engagement strategies with measurable success.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple streams of activity, shifting focus regularly to ensure that objectives and deadlines are met.
  • Strong cultural awareness with ability to adapt strategy to suit the employee audience.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management, including Senior Management.
  • Experience working in a multinational organisation.
  • Understanding of UK employment law would be desirable.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence others whilst maintaining credibility and authenticity.
  • Proficiency with employee survey tools, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable plans.
