The successful candidate will provide essential support to the HR and Office Manager for Human Resources operations and processing of monthly Payroll from beginning to end.
Responsibilities:
* Handle all HR administration.
* Manage starter and leaver paperwork, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
* Assist with employee relations (ER) administration.
* Process monthly payroll for 200 staff members, with full training provided.
* Update and maintain HR software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Recruitment administration.
* Coordinate orientation and training for employees.
* Assist HR Manager with project work.
Experience and Skills Needed:
* Experience in a similar HR position.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
* Maintains a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
* No prior payroll experience is required as training will be provided.
Offering:
* Salary up to £30k per annum DOE.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
* 20 days holiday plus 9 public holidays, increasing by one day per year up to 25 days.
* Annual bonus.
* Private healthcare after 2 years of service.
* Life assurance at 4x salary.
* Onsite parking.
* Discounted public transport to site.
