Up to circa £120,000 + benefits including car allowance

Leeds 2-3 days a week (hybrid)

What will I be doing?

You will be leading and growing the tech function, which is currently 100+ strong. You will help engineers up skill and improve their capability. In order to hit the ground running, you will already be familiar with product driven development as the tech teams are cross functional in a product team model.

The tech stack consists of React / JavaScript / .Net / Azure.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience leading and growing a tech function
  • Tech leadership within a high performing environment
  • Familiarity with product driven development
  • Familiarity with the tech stack
  • Ideally a software development background
