Lead Modern Workplace Engineer

Head Resourcing is partnering with a financial services client in Leeds to hire a Lead Modern Workplace Engineer on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Modern Workplace Engineer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the client's Microsoft 365, Azure, and limited on-premise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premise infrastructure solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure, cloud-based solutions, and SaaS applications
  • Apply best practices and security measures to ensure data protection and compliance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Requirements
  • Strong background in designing, building, and managing infrastructure, cloud-based solutions, and SaaS applications
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premise infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
