Position: Outbound Sales Executive

Utilise available tools to expand relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with customers to tailor solutions to their needs, adeptly qualifying, negotiating, and closing sales.
Your focus: nurture existing customers while cultivating a strong sales pipeline. Coordinate with customer service to ensure post-purchase satisfaction, fostering brand loyalty. Your mission is to exceed monthly sales targets, with a lucrative commission structure amplifying your earning potential. Join them and be a crucial part of our dynamic sales team
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
* Demonstrate confidence and persistence in cold calling.
* Clearly articulate product advantages during interactions.
* Skillfully uncover customer needs through effective questioning.
* Follow up on quotations within a structured sales funnel.
* Qualify opportunities and tenders efficiently.
* Customise quotations to meet individual customer needs.
* Excel in upselling and cross-selling.
* Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure stellar customer service.
Key Skills:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or telesales.
* Proficiency in CRM systems; familiarity with lead generation software a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills based on sales data.
* Empathetic communication to engage effectively with team and customers.
