You’ll join a niche textile manufacturer based in Bury. They are a financially stable business who consistently inject money back in to the company and it’s a great time to join
What You Get
* A salary of £28-35k.
* Progression opportunities.
* Great location just off the M66.
About You
* You’ll have worked within a manufacturing or engineering environment, where the products sold have a technical specification – a textiles background would be perfect.
* You must be confident and have the ability to sell to prospective customers.
* There may be occasions where you’ll attend meetings with your prospects but you’ll predominently be office-based.
* You will be happy working on site, Monday to Friday.
What you’ll be doing
* You will scope out UK-based competitors – what are they doing differently; how can you be better?
* You’ll reach out to new businesses in an effort to obtain new business.
* These are price-pressure-products so you’ll need to be a good negotiator.
* You’ll be providing technical and more often, bespoke quotations and processing the orders at the point of sale.
* You will attend strategy meetings and get involved with the planning of new sales and marketing campaigns.
* There are no strict KPI’s or sales targets.

* They are a niche textile manufacturer who have a very diverse and interesting customer base.
* The staff love working there – they’ve got a lot of longstanding employees.
* Due to a recent site move, they have brand spanking new offices
