We’re looking for a forward-thinking Instructional Designer who’s passionate about creating innovative, engaging online courses — and who’s ready to make an impact in the evolving world of higher education. What You’ll Do Lead the design and improvement of online modules for multiple university partners. Guide and support faculty, instructional designers, and virtual teaching assistants to bring technology to life in course delivery. Take ownership of our White Label Content Library , refining and updating materials to keep them cutting-edge. Deliver workshops, develop resources, and champion evidence-based instructional design . Collaborate across teams to drive innovation and ensure quality learning experiences. What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in online/hybrid higher education , ideally with industry-focused subjects (e.g., nursing, health sciences). Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies. Knowledge of UK higher education frameworks , accessibility, and credit systems. Strong digital literacy , including MS Office, multimedia tools, and generative AI. Excellent understanding of online pedagogies and learning models. Confident communicator with a resourceful, can-do attitude and passion for creating great learning experiences.
