Develop marketing collateral that reflects the company’s technical strengths and values. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance — providing insights to leadership. About You Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven marketing experience within an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment. Confident leading marketing events and trade shows. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experienced in managing social media and website content. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to delivery. Comfortable working cross-functionally across departments. Familiar with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Knowledgeable in B2B marketing best practices.
