We have an exciting opportunity for a proven Marketing Manager to join our friendly team. This role is intrinsic to the S&A division and will not only be involved with the day to day elements but will also contribute and help develop the annual marketing strategyfor the Division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager looking for their next move.

**The Role**:

- To support the Head of Marketing and develop an annual strategic marketing and content plans
- Line Management of a Marketing Executive and a Graphic Designer
- Plan, track and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Budget management - support managing the marketing budget, alongside processing of invoices and monthly updates
- Marketing partnership support - to be the lead marketing contact and support in supplying a range of marketing assets to partners both large and small
- Collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders both internally and externally at all levels across the business
- Working closely with the wider team to manage a range of customer facing websites
- Content creation for Internal Communications

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- A team player who is personable, collaborative, and happy to get stuck in
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Demonstrable experience of developing integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing channels
- Excellent copywriting skills and eye for detail
- Experience of budget management and invoice processing
- Strong Adobe suite and GA skillset
- Website CMS experience - WordPress preferred
- Comfortable using a range of tools to execute, measure and report on marketing campaigns
- Managing and delivering events from start to finish
- Relevant degree or qualified to CIM / IDM Diploma level
- 2+ years marketing experience
- Basic graphic design experience (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is desirable)
- Social media experience desirable but not essential
- Experience of insurance, financial services or professional services industry desirable but not essential
