The Opportunity

The EMEA HR Talent Manager will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the HR Directors across the EMEA region to drive talent development, training, and succession planning initiatives. This role focuses on developing and implementing key talent management strategies and regional projects, including those related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, particularly in talent management and development, with excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of the EMEA market.

The role reports to the EMEA HR Director and works closely with the global talent team.

The role may be based out of London or Barcelona.

What you'll get to do

  • Design and deliver the regional talent development plan, aligned with the global learning and development strategy and the regional business priorities.
  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive training programs that address the needs of the organization and support employee growth and development.
  • Develop and manage succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders and key talent within the organization.
  • Drive key talent management projects across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and regional needs.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to deliver key ESG initiatives within the regional ESG roadmap.
  • Support the implementation of the global performance management system and the regional succession planning process, fostering a culture of feedback and recognition.
  • Drive the regional talent engagement initiatives, in line with the global employee value proposition and the regional employee engagement survey results.
  • Monitor and analyze the regional talent metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations to the HR and business leaders.
  • Stay updated on the best practices and innovations in the talent field, benchmarking with the industry peers and the external market.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management within an international environment.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language (French, Spanish, Italian or German).
  • Strong knowledge of the talent market and trends in the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective talent solutions that support the business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Creative and innovative, with the ability to think out of the box and propose new ideas and solutions.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic, with the ability to inspire and engage others.
