Responsibilities
* Respond to guest enquiries, queries, and questions in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage the daily calendar with new bookings. Check pricing & report any discrepancies
* Prepare a maintenance checklist/property info pack for on-call maintenance team.
* Carry out property visits & checks as and when required/in
* Book in appointments for new listings.
* Assist with the growth of the business, look at growing the property portfolio and become a vital part of the core team
Role requirements
* Organised and methodical approach to tasks
* Experienced with offering the highest level of service to customer and colleagues
* Team player with the ability to work independently also
* Self-motivated Driven and enthusiastic
* Educated to GCSE level with passes in Maths and English or similar level
