Experience in Reception, bar work and or service preferred, but attitude and personality are the number one qualification for this role, you can be reassured that training and support is provided.
- Assist and support managers in their day-to-day operational tasks.
- Reach out to our members and initiate joyous customer service experiences.
- To uphold the set quality standard with respect to food, beverage, and customer service.
- Maintain and manage setting of tables and seating arrangements for bar customers.
- Greet and take orders from the customers
- Maintaining an elevated level of cleanliness and hygiene within the premises.
- Delivery of day-to-day business, private functions, and events.
- Supportive of statutory requirements, prioritizing the health and safety and the wellbeing of employees and guests.
- Greet all guests including checking in and out of guests
- Answer all outside and internal telephone calls
- Make bedroom reservations
- Dealing with guest queries, complaints and enquiries
- Posting, balancing and banking all monies taken
- Take event enquiries and bookings in the absence of the sales team
- Completion of daily tasks as designated per shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
