What will your job involve as the Accounts Administrator?
General bookkeeping duties: maintaining ledgers; producing invoices and managing payroll; monitoring accounts (receivable and payable); preparing financial reports and more.
Managing subscriptions, VAT return, timesheets and expenses.
Supporting colleagues, including attending meetings when necessary.
Payment of all invoices, raising invoices and lodge receipts.
Staying up to date with training, compliance and policies.
Providing support to clients via phone, email, or face-to-face contact.
What makes the ideal Accounts Administrator for this role?
Knowledge of the Cotswold area is crucial, ideally around Cirencester.
Former accounts, bookkeeping or finance experience is needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A good level of knowledge with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Professional mindset, with experience in an upmarket business.
Enthusiasm is a great quality; we’re looking for someone who will fit into the great working atmosphere where people are able to enjoy their working days.
Experience using accounting systems such as Sage or Xero
