This role fosters engagement with business stakeholders to ensure that both operational and developmental needs are communicated to the Delivery Integration & Management functions. They are responsible for effective communication with business stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress throughout initiative delivery, discussing options for efficiently meeting capability requirements, and ensuring the realization of benefits.
Previous IT Business Partner experience
Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with various IT project delivery methods (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Understanding of the industry, business models, processes, and functional areas.
You are knowledgeable about the product life cycle and/or the capability components of ITIL.
Comprehend the IT strategy and Technology Roadmap, translate this into a directorate-focused perspective, and effectively communicate it to business areas to enable informed discussions on their priorities.
Identify key metrics and mechanisms to measure benefits, forecast, plan, and monitor the realization of anticipated benefits from projects, programs, and product-based initiatives as predicted in the business case.
