JGA Recruitment is working on behalf of an Edinburgh-based organisation who are seeking a talented Payroll Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team.

About the Role:
Based in the Edinburgh office, you will manage your client list and process their payroll from start to finish.
The role offers a fantastic work-life balance with a hybrid working pattern (1 day from home) and a 4-day week (Fridays off).
Responsibilities:
Manage client payrolls across various frequencies (weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual) using IRIS (Star).
Stay up-to-date on payroll legislation (tax codes, National Insurance, statutory pay, Auto-Enrolment)
Support with payroll reconciliations and reporting
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure all queries (verbal and written) are resolved promptly. Benefits:
