This is a hand's on, fast paced role, that requires someone with a good level of technical knowledge, a flair for leading and managing a workshop and service advisor team, and a person who delights in providing our customers with a great level of service
Role: Service Centre Manager
You will manage the team within the Service Centre to ensure that we deliver a truly fantastic customer experience.
You will oversee the performance and quality of the Service Centre.
A minimum of 5 years' previous experience of directly managing a vehicle workshop environment and customer facing team
Great and effective direct team management and leadership skills that lead from the front and get the best from their team.
Be able to demonstrate that they understand what best practice in the automotive sector looks like and they can bring this to our workshop operation
A good understanding of fleet management customers and systems, such as 1link, fleet customers, leasing companies and maintenance and warranty providers.
Able to demonstrate experience of managing all key compliance and safety elements of garage workshop environment.
A good level of proficiency in IT skills, that are capable of deploying modern technology and systems in a workshop environment
A good level of technical knowledge to support and manage the workshop team
This person must be a confident self-starter, who is driven by results, and can lead their team to deliver the performance required of the business.
Great commercial skills, that understands how to maximise the efficiency and profitability of a commercial garage workshop
Ideally experience of managing an MOT centre would be preferable, but training can be providedINDAS
