Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesforce Developer to join their London team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce platforms and a passion for developing custom solutions that enhance business processes. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to optimise their Salesforce ecosystem, implement tailored solutions, and ensure the CRM operates seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations with other systems.
  • Develop and implement new Salesforce features and functionality tailored to the media industry.
  • Perform data migrations, system integrations, and platform upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and team members.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new releases, and trends relevant to the media industry.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
  • Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I or II) is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Experience in the media industry is a plus.
