Lead Salesforce Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid)

We are looking to expand our in-house Salesforce team with a skilled and experienced Salesforce Team Lead. This role offers the opportunity to be part of exciting projects, overseeing the Salesforce center of excellence and managing the relationship with our Salesforce consulting partners. You will also be actively involved in Salesforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong working relationships with internal team members, external stakeholders, and departmental colleagues.
  • Manage a small Salesforce team.
  • Oversee the relationship with external Salesforce partners.
  • Lead the design of the target Salesforce architecture.
  • Perform initial Salesforce project engagement and requirements scoping while being hands-on with Salesforce development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a Salesforce team.
  • Demonstrated ability in mentoring, technical discussions, and setting direction.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a delivery-focused mindset.
  • Experience with multiple Salesforce technologies, ideally including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Hands-on Salesforce development experience.
