We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Microsoft Azure DevOps. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline our software delivery processes, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability
Key Responsibilities:
As a DevOps Engineer, your main responsibilities would be:
* Design and implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps tools and services.
* Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and architect appropriate build and release processes.
* Configure and manage source control repositories, branches, and policies within Azure DevOps.
* Implement and manage build agents, build definitions, and release definitions for different software applications.
* Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and testing scripts and workflows.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build and deployment failures, infrastructure provisioning, and application configuration.
* Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of Azure DevOps infrastructure and pipelines.
* Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper configuration and provisioning of Azure resources.
* Provide technical guidance and support to development teams for Azure DevOps-related tasks and best practices.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DevOps, Azure services, and related tools.
Key Skills:
* Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts, practices, and tools.
* Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, and Azure Artifacts.
* Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
* Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) concepts and experience with tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
* Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
* Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect.
* Experience with Azure infrastructure services, such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, and Azure SQL Database.
* Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
* Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or ELK stack.
