We are currently looking for a Commercial Director for our client. The successful candidate will lead commercial strategy and operations, will drive revenue growth and establish key partnerships.
 
The Commercial Director will:
Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management to maximize profitability.
Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the organisation’s business goals and market opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and industry bodies.
Collaborate closely with the R&D, production, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product development and delivery.  
The Commercial Director will have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
10 plus years of commercial leadership experience in the electrification - defence, marine, aerospace could be equally appropriate.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
