Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working with a very well established company who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a 12 month contract basis. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who will provide high quality support to our client's project.

As an Administrator, you will perform all aspects of administrative tasks.


THE ROLE:

Some of your responsibilities as an Administrator:

  • You will work effectively and efficiently to support the project team in the preparation, organisation and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Assisting team members with tasks relating to the scheduling of regular meetings and recording minutes.
  • Ensure that these tasks are carried out smoothly by assisting with the necessary planning and scheduling.
  • To act as a liaison between the project team and other departments in the company.
  • Provide administrative support to the team. Assist in resolving administrative issues.


THE CANDIDATE:

  • You will have experience in an administrative role, ideally in project administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • -With a strong focus on customer service, you should be flexible and adapt well to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency for resolution.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel (demonstrated through work experience).
  • IT literate
  • Minute taking skills.
