About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the company’s corporate governance processes, focusing on document collection, stakeholder management, and engaging with beneficiaries. This role requires a high level of discretion, organisational skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. The candidate should be willing to travel occasionally, including internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management:
- Collect, review, and organise corporate documents, agreements, and legal papers.
- Ensure that all documents are maintained accurately.
- Prepare and maintain records of corporate documents, meeting minutes, and resolutions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including board members, executives, and external advisors.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient handling of inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate corporate actions.
Beneficiary Engagement:
- Liaise with beneficiaries and other parties to provide relevant information and documentation as needed.
- Ensure effective communication with beneficiaries, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with beneficiaries to support organisational objectives.
Travel:
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including international trips to meet with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a corporate secretary role or similar position, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, including internationally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems.
