Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer onboarding experiences and leading a dynamic team? We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Implementation Manager to join our Accountancy Professional Services team at IRIS Software Group. Reporting to the Senior Professional Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-class service throughout their implementation journey.
What will you be doing?
As our Implementation Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Implementation team, including Training & Resources and Data Support. Conduct HR meetings, 121s, quarterly objectives, and observation reviews to foster a high-performance team.
* Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to enhance product engagement and satisfaction. Review and build new processes across IRIS products to streamline and improve service delivery.
* Project Management: Oversee and lead a small number of implementation projects. Manage customer escalations and day-to-day operations of the PS team.
* Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Implementation Team and other departments to continually refine processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide feedback to other team managers to drive operational excellence.
* Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret customer data to identify improvements and technological solutions that enhance our service experience.
* Resource Management: Liaise with the LMS team to address team resource needs and ensure effective resource allocation.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a candidate with:
Qualifications & Experience:
* Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
* Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading teams, ideally within accountancy or HCM domains.
* Experience with project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budget handling.
