Requirements Manager

Great British Nuclear (GBN) is seeking a skilled Requirements Management Specialist to join our team and play a key role in establishing a robust system for managing requirements across our nuclear new build programs and projects.
In this critical role, you'll leverage your deep understanding of requirements management methodologies and proven experience in major infrastructure projects to:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Requirements Management Strategy for GBN.
Establish a centralised Requirements Management System encompassing tools, procedures, and supply chain interfaces.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent, and complete requirements are documented.
Analyse and ensure the feasibility of requirements.
Maintain a traceable Requirements Traceability Matrix to track requirement evolution.
Implement a formal process for managing requirement changes.
Identify and mitigate requirements-related risks.
Integrate requirements risk management into overall project risk plans.
To be successful, you'll possess:
Substantial experience in requirements management for large infrastructure projects (nuclear or energy sector preferred).
Proven track record managing requirements for complex projects, programs, and corporate entities.
Experience with publicly funded infrastructure projects is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
Professional certifications (CRS, CBAP, etc.) are desirable.
