We are working with a renowned healthcare provider across the Midlands and South of England. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in our community.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care delivery to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the clinical team.
Act as a liaison between frontline staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Stay abreast of developments in healthcare policy, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance within the clinical setting. 
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration or equivalent healthcare professional qualification.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a clinical setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of evidence-based practice.
Commitment to delivering patient-centred care and improving outcomes.
