As a Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the nurse team.
Ensuring high standards of care and clinical practice.
Supporting staff development and training.
Managing day-to-day operations.
Handling administrative duties related to patient care.
Participating in weekend work as required.
Enhancing your clinical skills and people management abilities.The ideal Deputy Manager will have:
A valid NMC PIN.
At least 3 years of nursing experience.
Strong leadership and management skills.
The ability to work flexibly, including some weekends.
