We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Nurse Manager to join our client's team at their state-of-the-art nursing home, where they provide person centred dementia and nursing care services. Their facilities include lounges, a health & beauty salon, and a cinema room
As a Deputy Nurse Manager will work closely with the Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing department and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with active RGN or RMN qualification
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with diverse groups of people
- Commitment to providing inclusive and person-centered care
- Understanding of relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry

Responsibilities
- Assist the Nurse Manager in leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
- Ensure the delivery of safe and effective care to patients
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Oversee the management of resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
- Support the ongoing professional development of nursing staff
