About – Maintenance Manager
My client is a well renowned brand with an iconic portfolio of successful businesses, operating out of a state-of-the-art facility in central Derbyshire
As a Maintenance Engineer or Technician, you’ll provide site-based engineering support to minimise downtime, ensure uptime, and availability of the installed automated equipment on site
Job Description – Maintenance Manager
- Management of team of between 10-20 engineers / techs
- Fault-finding / Troubleshooting
- Performance Management
- Scheduling and taking part in planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Conduct shift hand over meetings
- Reporting in line with CMMS system
Qualifications / Experience – Maintenance Manager
- Relevant engineering qualification – BTEC, HNC, HNC, Degree
- 2+ years management experience
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- A background in electrical or mechanical or electro-mechanical
- Any experience of working with automated systems would be a bonus
- Able to work 4 on 4 off shifts
