Maintenance Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Shift Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team during their shift
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automated equipment and systems
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of the warehouse
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Requirements:
  • Relevant engineering qualification and prior experience in a leadership position within automation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with technical and non-technical staff
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on optimizing automation performance and efficiency
