On behalf of our client, we are seeking a proactive IT Administrator to provide essential support for day-to-day office IT operations. This role involves troubleshooting basic IT issues, including software licensing, Wi-Fi connectivity, and workstation setups. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, ensuring smooth office productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line support for basic IT issues
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Wi-Fi problems
* Set up and maintain workstations in compliance with company policies
* Manage IT requests efficiently and liaise with external suppliers
* Conduct regular audits of IT access and procedures
Requirements:
* Strong administrative skills and basic IT troubleshooting experience
* Ability to work independently and solve minor technical problems
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Willingness to learn and develop IT skills (training provided)
