Empowering Learning is recruiting Psychology Graduates to support a SEND School in Lambeth, London. The role would be working as a Therapeutic Learning Support Assistant supporting pupils from the ages of 11-19 with a primary diagnosis of Autism. Experience in supporting pupils with SEND needs is desirable but not essential. You will work on a full-time basis on-site in a therapeutic and nurturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Comfortable supporting pupils with Autism
Ability to engage and support pupils learning
Supporting pupils with emotional regulation
Develop therapeutic relationships with pupils
