We are looking for a driven individual who prioritises both people and service excellence. The ideal candidate will have a dedication to precision and a passion for their work.
In the role of Head of Maintenance, you will be a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to the strategic direction of our airline. Your main responsibilities will involve maintaining the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety, quality, and compliance of the fleet.
Lead and manage a team to achieve organisational objectives.
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and policies.
Report to the Managing Director and work closely with the Senior Management Team.
Maintain the standards outlined in the Safety and Quality Policy Statement.Experience and Qualifications:
Must possess or have previously held a relevant Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence.
Hold a higher-level educational qualification with significant management and leadership experience in a similar role.What We Offer:
