About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our new DVC and PVC as we move towards REF 2029 to grow the quality and impact of our research and to support a vibrant research environment. You will be part of a close-knit, fast paced team catalysing and running a range of exciting projects and activities which make a real difference.

What you can bring

The post holder will of course have a great understanding of how to develop a vibrant research culture in HE and of the requirements of the Research Excellence Framework.

As importantly though, the successful applicant will have an excellent and adaptable interpersonal style, with the ability to negotiate, influence and respond people at all levels.

You will also be highly motivated and innovative skilled at devising solutions and approaches in a complex stakeholder environment.
