Customer Success Sales Representative

Role:

Deliver on your assigned revenue and profit margin targetsnDevise account plans and strategy development for a defined group of existing customersnWork collaboratively with the wider Account Business and New Business teamsnManage relationships with customers, representing their interests and actively listening to determine just how the company can help them and cross sell their servicesnDevelop and nurture a high level of solution knowledge, and obtain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, the company’s competitors and your customers
