Customer Success Sales Representative Package:

Customer Success Sales Representative Role:


  • Deliver on your assigned revenue and profit margin targets
  • Devise account plans and strategy development for a defined group of existing customers
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Account Business and New Business teams
  • Manage relationships with customers, representing their interests and actively listening to determine just how the company can help them and cross sell their services
  • Develop and nurture a high level of solution knowledge, and obtain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, the company’s competitors and your customers


Customer Success Sales Representative Requirements:


  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
