CCA Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnered with a leading legal services brand who are looking to recruit a brand-new Account Manager role. This is a permanent opportunity, hybrid based in Cheshire with 2 days a week expected on site. Easily commutable from Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for engaging with law firms across the UK and onboarding key clients, as well as ongoing relationship building and support for both new and existing partners.
The role of Account Manager:
* Onboarding and taking clients through the process from the outset to go-live.
* Building relationships, account management and customer support.
* Sourcing of new potentials partnerships and business development.
* Updating key stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Ensuring SLA's are met and key governance is adhered to.
Person Specification of this Account Manager role:
* Experience of B2B account management, building relationships and key partnerships.
* Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels.
* Ability to work at pace and always meet deadlines.
* Critical decision making skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Legal/Accountancy/Conveyancing background is desirable.
