Account Manager

As the main point of contact for clients, you will:
* Handle all client inquiries and manage relationships.
* Forecast and analyze apprentice EPA gateway data for capacity planning.
* Ensure timely client payments according to contractual terms.
* Represent professionally with clients, prospective clients, and sector experts.
* Lead client review meetings and analyze data to inform decisions.
* Manage access and allocations within the EPA Pro system.
* Maintain the business development pipeline and keep contracts updated.
* Assist with presentations and materials for client meetings.
* Support employer-provider network meetings and client apprenticeship expansion strategies.
Requirements:
* Expertise in Project Management, including handling customer complaints and issues.
* In-depth understanding of Assessment, Apprenticeships, and End-point Assessment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various levels
* Proven professionalism and experience in client-facing roles
* Proficiency with Corporate Technologies: Office 365, knowledge testing platforms, EPA management software, and project management tools
* Awareness of the Construction sector (Desired)
* Familiarity with regulations and legislation related to End-point Assessment activity, including Ofqual experience (Desired)
