We're working with an international market-leading manufacturer with an ever-growing presence in over 15 different countries, selling high-quality performing analytical laboratory instrumentation to a variety of different clients including; pharma & biotech, healthcare and food & beverage.


The candidate would be a part of a newly constructed Inside Sales team based between Luton and Hertfordshire, using their experience working with the above instrumentation and equipment to ensure a quality-driven service whilst working with their overseas counterparts.


Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound inquiries related to the client's products in a professional and cohesive manner
  • Prospecting potential customers
  • Conduct outbound calls to convert any sales opportunities into business
  • Cross-sell additional products to maximize revenue
  • Communicate customer feedback and queries in a clear fashion through the appropriate process
  • Work collaboratively with Technical Support and Product Managers to provide quick, accurate and helpful responses


Experience & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience working with laboratory instrumentation and analytical equipment
  • 1-2 years of support experience whether it be in a sales-driven environment or a laboratory
  • A background in scientific education and/or engineering
