WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The role will work closely with the Key Account Manager for Global Partners to help support the Axis growth ambition across 6 multi regional accounts. This will be achieved by offering administrative support for the Key Account Manager and field-based sales development where appropriate.

Education is a cornerstone of the Axis ethos, and the successful candidate will be required to create awareness and education across individuals and business units, identified by the Key Account Manager Global Partner. The Inside Sales Account Manager will also support the global partners in a variety of activities, for example, partner meetings, site surveys, seminars, trainings, webinars and events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide valuable support to the Key Account Manager (KAM) for global partners
  • Nurture and manage relationships in certain accounts, agreed by the KAM global partners
  • Setting clear objectives for meetings with key contacts, conducted internally, externally and digitally
  • Delivery on KPIs outlined in our strategic objectives
  • Meet deadlines on monthly reporting structures
  • Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities
  • Work closely together with our global partners; to develop the project pipeline and close projects

We’d love to hear that you have/are:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the security/IT sector
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop trustworthy customer relationships
  • A passion for sales and a track record for success in your career to date
  • Discipline to work alone but the openness to work positively in a team
  • Have a high level of honest, integrity and respect for others
  • Bonus points for experience in Salesforce
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
