Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services you will be having conversations with people to support them get back to financial wellbeing. We have several vacancies available based in Cambridge, Worcester, Stoke-on-Trent, Ipswich, Hull and Faversham. This is a field based role so you will need to be able to cover one of the above regions.

In this rewarding role we’ll support you to use your expertise and commitment to customer service to helping our customers achieve financial health. Your role will involve you:

Visiting our customers at their home address supporting them get back on track with the outstanding arrearsnDay to day you can expect to resolve customer’s accounts on a personal basis, taking payments, and setting up repayment plans to help them achieve financial wellbeingnEducating customers on the potential consequences of non-payment of their accountnWe’ll supply you with an iPad so you can update customers’ accounts with visit outcomes, so you need to be IT literate and comfortable using the iPadnTo help with the work-life balance, you should be:nFlexible to work the hours to suit you and your customersnAs you’ll be visiting customers at their property, you’ll need a full drivers licence and your own fully insured vehicle

To be successful in this role and to gain the best outcome for our customers, we’d aim to understand their reasons for falling behind on their payments and then work with them to turn this around. When dealing with our customers, you'll to need to listen, and ask the right questions at the right time to help you to create the ideal solution for them, so you’ll need the following skills:
