What you'll be doing
The role supports the HR Manager and HR Business Partner's in an administrative capacity.
Provides support and guidance for our colleagues on a range of HR processes in line with our policies and best practice.
Responsibility for adherence to HR processes and policies to include new starters; contractual changes and leavers.
Issue appropriate correspondence relative to changes to terms and conditions of employment and probationary periods as required.
Responsibility for day to day HR administration to include recruitment, on boarding, contract changes, probationary reviews, performance reviews, remuneration and benefits support and induction and annual training.
Responsibility for ensuring day to day practices are consistent especially in relation to contracts.
Complete exit interviews and identify actions as a result of emerging trends.
Responsibility for ensuring careers page and Intranet site is updated and process is consistent across the Organisation.
Responsibility for supporting the HR Business Partners in our approach to communications and engagement.
Supporting employee forums as appropriate.
Requirements
Have good communication skills and enjoy working with people
Be committed to pursuing a career in HR
Be a quick learner
Be able to think in a structured manner
