The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the projects are completed to the highest standards and specification pre agreed with the client.
The role:
* Oversee and manage the finishing stages of construction projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards
* Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
* Coordinate various trades and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
* Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all work meets project specifications and regulatory requirements.
* Address and resolve any issues or defects promptly to maintain project schedules.
* Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and site team members to ensure smooth project delivery
What you will need:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, housing or apartment experience would be preferred
* Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Experience of scheduling trades
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* A proactive approach to challenges.
* Full Driving License
