About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at MIW Group Ltd - Make it Work. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
What We Offer
  • Competitive OTE of £130k, plus £6k car allowance
  • Opportunity to earn up to £200k OTE
  • 50% support for appointments
  • 15% commission on all gross margin with no threshold
  • Commission paid on signature, not installation
