Our client, a well-established and highly reputable estate agency based in the heart of Oxford City Centre, is looking for an Administrator to join their growing team. Known for their commitment to excellence and continuous development, they offer a supportive and thriving work environment where your career can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the lettings team.
  • Manage tenant inquiries, application processes, and tenancy agreements.
  • Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including updating property listings and preparing promotional materials.
