This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be working with merchandising, web development, marketing and design teams to bring our products and services to our customers digitally.

Key Responsibilities:n1. Website Maintenance and Optimisation:n- Monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and work with the merchandising teams and web development to implement solutions to enhance user experience and drive conversions.n- Conduct regular audits of the website to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketers to implement website updates, enhancements, and new features.n3. Content Management:n- Assist in the management and publishing of website content, including product listings, images, and promotional materials.n- Ensure content is accurately formatted, optimised for search engines, and aligned with brand guidelines and marketing initiatives.n- Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to maintain a consistent and compelling online presence.n4. Data Analysis and Reporting:n- Utilise web analytics tools to track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and performance metrics.n- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and page load times, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.n- Provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and optimise website performance.n5. Quality Assurance:n- Conduct thorough testing of website features, functionalities, and updates across various devices and browsers to ensure compatibility and usability.n- Document and communicate test results, identifying any bugs or discrepancies and working with development teams to address and resolve issues.
