What we are looking for in a candidate… A Proven Track Record of working in retail at Supervisory and/or Management Level. Strong interest in Fashion Retail and Commercial Awareness. A natural leader and role model who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Innate attention to detail and the ability to make commercial decisions. An experienced professional who is adaptable, approachable, and resilient. Current and relevant product knowledge and market awareness. Experience in managing a large team.
