Following a recent internal restructure they are now looking to hire a new Regional Sales Manager to support the southern team and build business in the region.THE ROLE: This is a fantastic opportunity for a people manager with an exciting and growing business. You will lead and develop a team of 5 Territory Managers selling innovative equipment and devices used in ENT and gynaecology surgery to existing and new accounts throughout the south of England. You will inherit some of the company's best performers and areas with huge growth opportunities, making this a rewarding and lucrative position.PROGRESSION: All of the senior managers within the business started as salespeople or Regional Sales Managers - the company loves to promote people upwards to reward success, determination and ambition.
