The Ideal Dual Diagnosis Senior Practitioner:
The Dual Diagnosis Senior Practitioner develops and delivers training programs for staff, ensures dual diagnosis training is current and evidence-based, conducts specialist assessments and implements risk management plans, and provides high-quality interventions to service users. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field, experience in substance misuse and mental health services, and strong assessment and intervention skills. This fast-paced role is based in a healthcare or social services setting, requiring adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Job Title: Dual Diagnosis Senior Practitioner
Location: North London
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (9AM - 5PM)
Type of Contract: Temporary - 3 Months with view to extend
Weekly Rate: £937.50 Per Week
Expectations of a Dual Diagnosis Senior Practitioner Role:
Act as deputy manager when require
Provide line management and supervision to a team of dual diagnosis workers
Undertake Specialist Assessments
Managing complex cases
Consult and arrange training in both substance misuse and mental health staff
Implementing risk management plans and providing high quality evidence based interventionsCompliance Requirements:
Enhanced Child and Adults DBS (Within 12 Months/Update Service Registered)
