The Company

A highly respected global media and events business with a supportive and rewarding culture and excellent training and development.

To support the Conference Producer working with editorial, sales, operations, and marketing teams to develop event content, secure high level industry speakers and deliver high quality programmes and agendas for a range of conferences, exhibitions, webinars and roundtable events.

Working with Conference Producer to:

  • Research topics and develop high quality content across a range of events and related channels
  • Speaker research, acquisition, and management
  • Produce programmes
  • Meet event KPIs and production timelines.

Requirements for this Assistant Conference Producer role:

  • Highly articulate, confident and eager to learn and develop
  • Able to work from Central London offices twice a week
  • 2:1 Degree (or higher)
