The new role of Head of Global Operations is crucial for providing professional business support at both strategic and operational levels across the organization.nKey Responsibilities:nProvide global support and country teams with the necessary operational infrastructure, adapting to the changing ways of working within the organization.nDevelop and lead the implementation of an IT strategy.nFoster a culture of safeguarding within the organization and among global partners.nEnsure a Duty of Care framework is established and maintained across the organization.nQualifications and Experience:nProven experience in a Head of Operations role.nExperience working for an INGO or similar global non-profit entity.nStrong understanding of Operations, IT, HR, Safeguarding, and Duty of Care services.nExperience in providing strategic leadership across a broad range of operational activities.nBusiness analysis skills, with the ability to identify needs and determine solutions.nExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.nWillingness to travel internationally.nJoin us in making a significant impact on the welfare of working animals globally through your expertise and leadership in this vital role.
